If for whatever reason you're unhappy with your original purchase. Please request a refund. Your ionBottle™ must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with original contents.
To open a return order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like to have a return label generated for you and you are within the US, please send an email to email@example.com with the subject "Return Label Request" and include your order number in the email. Please note, the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the refund.
In preparation for your return, please package your purchase and take it to your local post office. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization request will unfortunately not be accepted and your purchase will not be refunded without authorization.
Damaged or Defective Bottles
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your bottle is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right and leave you a raving fan of ours.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on lifetime protection extended warranty or gift cards.
We do not refund shipping charges or fees.
It may take up to 14 days but we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. A member of our team will let you know once your refund was processed. Once approved you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note it can take up to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
