We believe so much in our product that we back it for an entire year. If that wasn't enough we created a secondary option to help our customers keep drinking hydrogen water for years.
We offer product lifetime protection plans!
Our protection plans guarantee that if your hydrogen generator stops working or if it malfunctions, that we will send you a replacement. The only thing you'll have to do is cover the shipping charges.
Our lifetime protection plan covers one single replacement per plan. All protection plans must be purchased before confirmed delivery of your order. We apologize but there will be no further exceptions to this policy. No refunds will be offered on lifetime protection fees if you decide to return your order at anytime.
45-Day Return Policy
If in the less than 3% you decide to return you unwanted purchase. Email hello@ionbottles.com to request a start your return processing. We will request some information from you to verify your purchase. If a replacement requested, you will receive it within 7-10 business days. Shipping and handling charges may apply per replaced item.
