If in the less than 3% chance you decide to return your purchase. We do offer hassle free returns when your order is still in its original packaging within 45 days from the purchase date. We offer prepaid return labels when shipping your item back within the United States. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Please email us and a member from our customer care team will assist you through this process. Your customer care representative will let you know in advance what your refund total will be and answer any questions you might have.
Returned products that do not pass our inspection process may be eligible for a partial refund. We are not responsible for the shipping fee to send back any product deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you notice any items that are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns of lifetime protection plans, extended warranties, gift cards, charging cables, clothing items, hats, and bottle protection sleeves.
We also do not refund any shipping or handling fees.
Refunds
All refunds will be automatically returned to your original payment method. A member of our care team will let you know once your refund has been processed. Please note it may take 10-15 business days for your bank or credit card company to post your refund to your account.
A 15% restocking and recertification fee for opened packages will be assessed during the return process. A member from our customer care team will let you know in via email.
