Our protection plans ensure that if your hydrogen generator malfunctions, we'll send you a replacement, with only the shipping fee as your responsibility.
Each lifetime protection plan allows for one replacement per plan and must be purchased before your order is delivered. We regret that we cannot make exceptions to this policy. Additionally, lifetime protection fees are non-refundable if you choose to return your order.
One-Year Limited Warranty
IonBottles Corporation ("IonBottles") warrants this product to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the battery, production of hydrogen, and any leaking from the device.
Exclusions and Limitations
This limited warranty does not cover damages resulting directly or indirectly from the following:
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, alterations, or modifications of the product.
- Accidents or acts of nature, including but not limited to fire, water, storms, and earthquakes.
- Loss or theft of the product.
Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any damage to the product resulting from unauthorized service or repair, nor does it cover any damage to a product that has been used in a manner contrary to the product’s intended purpose or contrary to the instructions provided by IonBottles.
Obtaining Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product, freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection to the address specified by IonBottles. You must accompany the product with your name, address, phone number, email, and proof of the original purchase date.

EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, IONBOTTLES MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE, OR OTHERWISE.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL IONBOTTLES BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, ITS ACCOMPANYING SOFTWARE, OR ITS DOCUMENTATION.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
