Refund policy

IonBottles is proud to offer an industry-leading 60-day free return policy, reinforcing our status as the #1 rated hydrogen-generating water bottle on the market. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we invite you to return it for a full refund. Please ensure that all returns are in their original condition and include all original packaging and contents.

Before returning, remember to clean and thoroughly dry your product. Products must be dry before repackaging to avoid a reduced refund. To initiate a return within the US and request a prepaid return label, please email us at hello@ionbottles.com with the subject "Return - Label Request" and include your order number and the reason for your return. Note that the cost of the return postage will be deducted from your refund. A 15% restocking fee may be added to unwanted returned orders. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Bottles:

Upon receipt of your order, if you find your bottle damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly and ensure your complete satisfaction.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Please note that lifetime protection plans, sleeves, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, shipping fees are non-refundable once a tracking number has been issued.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 4-7 days of receiving and inspecting your return. We will notify you once your refund has been processed and it will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

IonBottles Price Match Policy:

We are committed to providing our customers with the best value. If you find a new discount or sale on an item you purchased before it has been delivered, we will gladly match the new price. However, once your order has been delivered, we cannot honor newly advertised discounts, coupon codes, or special promotions, and no refunds will be issued for the difference.

Amazon Purchases:

Purchases made through Amazon must adhere to Amazon's return and replacement policies.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
