I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 24 to 48 hours of processing time for your order to be packaged and shipped out to the carrier. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. While international orders will be shipped with a different carrier depending on the fulfillment center your order ships from.

Average transit times within The United States & Canada:
  • Express Shipping 3 - 6 Business days
  • Standard Shipping 10 - 12 Business days

Average transit times to International:

  • Express Shipping 7 - 10 Business days
  • Standard Shipping 12 - 15 Business days


Note that natural disasters, strikes, and other unforseen delays to your order may cause you to experience unexpected shipping delays worldwide. Thank you for your sincerest understanding.


Multiple different product orders may arrive in separate packages and may arrive on different dates. When a product we sell becomes out of stock in our New Jersey or California distribution center. We may send your order from our European or Asia distribution center to fulfill the order in a relatively timely manner.


There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, pandemics, strikes, thefts, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.



WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?


We provide tracking numbers for every order. Tracking will be available once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source quality yet affordable products.




CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?


You are able to cancel your order with no penalty. You must cancel your order within 12 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. Please email us at hello@ionbottles.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "Cancel My Order" and provide us with your order number. Or reply to your confirmation email letting us know you need to cancel, please include reason for cancel.



I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!


If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately (within 12 hours) via email at hello@ionbottles.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 12 hours.



MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment of our packages. We apologize sincerely if this happens to you!

If this happens to you, please contact us with:

    - Your order number.
    - A picture or video of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out a replacement.
