What's the minimum opening order?
Standard tier is $2,500 wholesale. Higher tiers unlock at $7.5K (deeper margins) and $15K (regional exclusivity, priority allocation). One-time bulk orders are also welcome.
Do you offer drop-ship or 3PL fulfillment?
Yes — qualified accounts can opt into our drop-ship program with branded packing slips. Volume drop-ship requires a minimum of 25 orders/month.
What about MAP / pricing protection?
All approved partners sign our MAP agreement. We aggressively enforce against unauthorized resellers and protect your margin.
Do I get exclusivity for my city?
Standard tier is non-exclusive. Tier 3 ($15K opening + $5K/month re-order minimum) includes territorial exclusivity for your metro.
How are returns and warranty handled?
We handle end-customer warranty claims directly so you don't have to. Wholesale returns within 30 days of receipt at 0% restocking, no questions asked.
Do you sell on Amazon? Will I compete with you?
We control our Amazon presence directly. Authorized retail partners get protected pricing and we actively police unauthorized Amazon listings on partners' behalf.
Can I also sell on my Shopify store?
Yes — most of our partners are omni-channel. We provide product feeds, lifestyle imagery, lab data, and copy templates ready to use.
