What hydrogen water actually does
  • Reduces exercise-induced inflammation
  • Selective antioxidant — neutralizes only harmful free radicals
  • Faster muscle recovery between workouts
  • Cellular-level hydration that out-performs plain water
  • Sustained energy without the crash
Recommended drinking schedule

The Tritan Sport is built for high-volume daily hydration — 50 oz per bottle. Aim for 1–2 full bottles per day. Drink the first across the morning, the second across the afternoon and pre/post workout.

Athletes often run 2–3 cycles back to back to keep fresh hydrogen-rich water flowing through long training sessions.

Full setup (first use)
  1. Unscrew the Tritan body from the base.
  2. Remove the small protective plug from the center of the PEM membrane.
  3. Hand-wash the body and lid with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Do NOT submerge the base.
  4. Reassemble and charge the base fully using the included USB-C cable until the LED is solid green.
  5. Fill with filtered, spring, or mineral water. Avoid sparkling water and heavily chlorinated tap water.
How to use it daily

Press once for the 5-minute standard cycle. Double-press for the 10-minute high-concentration cycle.

The LED ring on the base will pulse during the cycle and shut off when complete. Because the Tritan Sport holds 50 oz, expect steady bubbling from the base plate throughout the cycle — that's the SPE/PEM membrane doing its job.

Cleaning & descaling

Every 2–3 days: Hand-wash the Tritan body and lid with warm soapy water. Wipe the base with a damp cloth; never submerge it.

Important: Do NOT put the Tritan body in the dishwasher — high heat clouds the material over time.

Monthly: Descale the PEM membrane. Fill with a 50/50 mix of distilled water and food-grade citric acid (or white vinegar). Run one 10-minute cycle. Rinse and run two cycles of plain filtered water before drinking again.

Troubleshooting
  • Cloudy Tritan body: Almost always caused by dishwasher heat or harsh detergents. Hand-wash only with mild soap.
  • Weak bubbling: Time to descale. If descaling doesn't restore performance, contact support.
  • Bottle won't power on: Charge for a full 4–5 hours. If the LED still doesn't respond, swap to a different USB-C cable.
  • Leak at the base: Check the silicone seal between body and base for grit or wear. Clean, reseat, and hand-tighten — never with tools.
  • Off-taste: Run a descaling cycle and rinse thoroughly.
FAQs
  • How often should I charge? Every ~20 cycles, or whenever the LED indicates low battery.
  • Can I put ice in the body? Yes — ice is fine. Just avoid water above 120°F (50°C), which damages the PEM membrane.
  • Is the Tritan body dishwasher safe? No. Hand-wash only.
  • Can I take this on a flight? Yes. Empty the body before security.
  • Warranty? 1-year manufacturer warranty on electronics, 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the bottle.
