Warranty Registration
IonBottles guarantees that the hydrogen water generator product, packaged in the original box, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, provided they are utilized in accordance with the guidelines outlined in our user manual. This standard warranty is in effect for a duration of ONE (1) YEAR, starting from the date of the initial retail purchase by the end consumer ("Warranty Period"). The guidelines set forth by IonBottles encompass, but are not restricted to, the information presented in technical specifications, user manuals, and service communications.
This Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, damage due to misuse, overuse, improper storage, or improper handling.
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
This Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
