At IonBottles, we stand behind our products and prioritize your satisfaction. If you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of the order date. For hassle-free returns within the United States, we provide a prepaid return label, though the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it within 72 hours for any damage, defects, or incorrect items so we can address and rectify the issue promptly. Please initiate a return immediately if you find any problems.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, including the lifetime protection plan, gift cards, charging cables, bottle sleeves, or official ionbottles apparel. Shipping and handling fees on orders that have been shipped are also non-refundable.

Refunds
