At IonBottles, we stand behind our products and prioritize your satisfaction. If you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of the order date. For hassle-free returns within the United States, we provide a prepaid return label, though the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To initiate a return please send an email to hello@ionbottles.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it within 72 hours for any damage, defects, or incorrect items so we can address and rectify the issue promptly. Please contact us immediately if you find any problem with your order. We will ask for you to share with us a video or photo describing the issue you are experiencing.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, including the lifetime protection plan, gift cards, charging cables, bottle sleeves, or official ionbottles apparel. Shipping and handling fees on orders that have been shipped are also non-refundable.

Refunds

In the event a refund has been requested. A refund would be issued to the original payment method. Once processed, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return Shipping

If return shipping was purchased at time of checkout return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returned orders will receive a 15% restocking fee.

Purchases Made Through Amazon or Other Third-Party Vendors

Items ordered through Amazon or other third-party vendors must be returned according to their specific guidelines and return window period. Please consult your order confirmation email for more details.

We are committed to providing our customers with the best value. If you find a new discount or sale on an item you purchased before it has been delivered, we will gladly match the new price. However, once your order has been delivered, we cannot honor newly advertised discounts, coupon codes, or special promotions, and no refunds will be issued for the difference.
