At IonBottles, we stand behind our products and prioritize your satisfaction. If you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return it within 45 days of the order date, provided it remains unopened and in its original packaging. For hassle-free returns within the United States, we provide a prepaid return label, though the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For assistance, please contact our customer care team, and a representative will guide you through the process and inform you about your refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it within 72 hours for any damage, defects, or incorrect items so we can address and rectify the issue promptly. Contact us immediately if you find any problems.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, including the lifetime protection plan, warranties, gift cards, charging cables, clothing, hats, and bottle sleeves. Shipping and handling fees are also non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. A 15% restocking and recertification fee is applied to opened items. Once processed, refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
