I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow our team 1–2 business days to process your order, package it, and hand it to our shipping carrier. Note that we do not process or ship orders over the weekend.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Domestic orders ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. International orders ship with a different carrier depending on the fulfillment center your order ships from.
Average transit times for the United States & Canada:
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada may take longer to arrive — average has been 12–14 business days.
Average transit times international:
Express Shipping: 7–8 business days
Standard Shipping: 12–15 business days
Please note that if you ordered multiple different products, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. When a product becomes out of stock at one of our North American distribution centers, we may ship from our Europe or Asia distribution center to fulfill your order on time. There are circumstances out of our control (natural disasters, unexpected weather, global pandemics, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements or delays. While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances out of our control that our carriers experience. For this reason, we don't guarantee exact delivery time.
HOW DO I GET TRACKING INFO?
We provide a tracking number for every order. Tracking will be available once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Each individual product may ship from a different fulfillment center across the globe, as our product research team takes the time to source quality yet affordable products.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes — if you made a mistake or changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of completing your payment.

I ENTERED MY ADDRESS INCORRECTLY
If you misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the corrected information. Please notify us immediately (within 12 hours of ordering) via email.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We ship every order with extra padding to mitigate damage. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1,000 orders arrives damaged due to mail-service mistreatment of our packages. We apologize sincerely if this happens to you.

— A picture or video of the damaged packaging and the product inside
This is required for us to file a claim with USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Once we receive your email with the required information, we'll be happy to send out a replacement as quickly as possible.
