The bottle is great. The sleeves fit very well and tight.

I have only tried the sleeve on my bottle and it fits really well and tight. I took it off tho and will only put it on when i go on a trip to protect it.
Otherwise my bottle is just sitting on my counter and I like to see the glass.

I purchased 2 ion pro, one leaked so I contacted the company and explained the situation, they recommended a few things to check which I did and it still had a leak.
The customer service got back to me immediately and took care of the issue.
Their customer service was superb, excellent. I could not ask for better customer service.
I have been using my ion pro for 10 days and It has improved my gut health, stopped drinking coffee in the morning and have more energy. I feel a lot more hydrated and all I want to drink is the water out of this bottle, drink 5 to 6 bottles Dailey.

I use it all day everyday and I love the lightness of the water and the taste. I feel it hydrates me better than filtered water alone.
