I have only tried the sleeve on my bottle and it fits really well and tight. I took it off tho and will only put it on when i go on a trip to protect it.
Otherwise my bottle is just sitting on my counter and I like to see the glass.

I purchased 2 ion pro, one leaked so I contacted the company and explained the situation, they recommended a few things to check which I did and it still had a leak.
The customer service got back to me immediately and took care of the issue.

I had a problem with my order where it was missing a bottle sleeve but the mistake was promptly fixed without an issue

I am 46 year old mother of 2 teens and I am a hairdresser on my feet all day. I have Hashimtos which gives me inflammation in my joints and typical tiredness. I will tell you I am feeling much better since drinking my Hydrogen Pro! I have more energy and less joint pain already and it’s only been 3 weeks! I will never go without it ever.

So far, I have been using my bottle a lot. If I drink any water it’s mostly from the original ion bottle. I do feel a little regenerated as far as skin seems to be getting better like under my eyes the dark circles are getting better. The water tastes great and even to the point that I have thought would I drink water any different now or can I…. Other than that I am hoping to seriously start feeling better overall and notice the claimed benefits. Excited to report again in a month or two.

I use it all day everyday and I love the lightness of the water and the taste. I feel it hydrates me better than filtered water alone. Well I was in love with the bottle and how I felt then the glass broke clean in half, now I don’t have a bottle.

I own this one and the more expensive competitor. I prefer this one for multiple reasons, but most notably the feel. This just still feels like a high quality water bottle, the other is hexagonal and awkward in the hands. The cleaning function on this one works great, and the handle on top is convenient when you’re carrying the bottle with other items. Very pleased! The impact this product has had on my acid reflux and overall gut health has been a game-changer. 10/10.
