Drink within 20 minutes
Dissolved H₂ is the smallest molecule there is, so it leaves water quickly. Fresh-cycled water carries the most. Run self-clean mode now and then to clear mineral buildup.

The science behind it
Every cell in your body burns fuel for energy, and that process throws off unstable molecules called free radicals. Your body uses most of them as signals, but a few, like the hydroxyl radical, simply damage cells. H₂ does two things. It neutralizes the most damaging free radicals directly and leaves the useful ones alone. More importantly, research suggests it signals your cells to make more of their own antioxidant enzymes and to turn down inflammation. H₂ escapes water quickly, so ATOM makes it fresh, right before you drink.

Why does ATOM cost more than a $30 hydrogen bottle on Amazon?
Most hydrogen bottles under $80 produce 0.2–0.6 ppm, which is barely anything. ATOM produces up to 5.0 ppm because it uses a medical-grade DuPont PEM membrane with dual-chamber ozone separation, the same separation technology used in clinical hydrogen-therapy devices. It is our highest-output bottle. You're paying for the membrane and the engineering.
Is hydrogen water just expensive water?
It's regular water with dissolved hydrogen gas (H₂), the same molecule studied in 1,300+ peer-reviewed papers. The bottle makes H₂ and dissolves it into your water. Nothing else is added or changed.
How do I know the 5.0 ppm number is honest?
Every production batch is tested at an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited third-party lab. The reports are on this page, and we'll send the raw data for any batch on request. Most cheap hydrogen bottles never publish lab reports because their output falls far short of the claim on the box.
What if I drink it for 60 days and feel nothing?

Somehow the the main reason I got the Atom over the pro is gone. I've been leaving my pro bottle at home and using the atom to go to work with. But it fell over off the counter onto the carpet and broke. Even though the other advantage of the atom is the anodized bottom which doesn't chip. The primary reason I got this thing was for increased durability. Not sure what I'm going to do now. I've already bought four ion bottles. Guess I can get an neoprene sleeve but I don't think that'll protect from falling. I tell people all the time I will only buy this brand because it's the best but maybe I need to reconsider that. Disappointing

It seems that the bottle leaks one one of the seals. Sometimes it pops when I open it and other times not at all is there a seal replacement available?
Warranty replacement was fast and easy even though the damage was of no fault of the product and was completely human error. Love my ionbottle.
This is my second bottle. It’s smaller than the original but it appears to work better. Theres a little pop when I open it after it’s been running, and I can see a mist come out. I’ve only used it for a couple of weeks. Using the ionBottle makes me want to drink more water.

I have purchased ion bottles In the past. This particular bottle is 10 ounces compared to the original 14 ounces that I have purchased in the past. It would be fantastic if the bases of the ion bottle can be replaced, so that cost and waste may be reduced.
I replaced my 2 year old ion bottle with the new one. I really like the charge indicator, the count down timer and the slightly smaller size. Plus I get a "pop" when I remove the lid for a hydrogen filled drink !
I bought the ATOM over the pro-lottle did I know the bottle is all plastic.... If would of known that I would have gotten the pro over this one. If you can buy a glass one to replace this plastic one then the product would be 5 stars for me. I like the taste and it's making me want to drink more water- just watching the bottle light up with the bubbles is also very therapeutic. I don't regret buying it- I was just looking to get away from all this plastic.

I have one. The Ion. Have had two actually. The first one the battery refused to charge after a short period and it leaked. I received another one. Great customer service. Great communication and a speedy delivery of new product. Not sure if I’d pay for this product again. It still leaks, not as much as the first one but every so often there is a water ring under my bottle. I have to press my button twice to get a full hydrogen water charge every time. Where I can’t see on the webpage the amount of hydrogen you need per day to be beneficial . The recommended amount of hydrogen one should need will be dictated according to your weight. So at 193# I require 5 ion bottles a day. 50 oz a day 10 minutes each push that’s 50 minutes a day waiting to drink H water. Very disillusioned by the company. Nothing really changed for me health wise. So are people believing in H water because they spent $149 plus dollars?

I love this bottle. The battery lasts longer than the older model. I also love that it shows the battery icon so I can see how much longer it needs to charge. I use it everyday!!!
Easy to use. A little confusion with instructions provided in box but figured it out. If you want to inhale hydrogen with the atom ion bottle, your best bet is to watch a youtube video.

I had a hydrogen bottle from another mfg co. This one, The Atom, really puts out the hydrogen and I can feel the effects of it. It is easy to use and I don't have to charge every other day!! However, bought one for my husband and his gut bloats out each time he tried it. I know he had gut issues before so I hoped this would help. Yet no relief on his condition. Can I return It?
Since I drink plenty of water through out the day I decided to give the ATOM Ion Bottle a try. I love it, i know that I am getting better results from the hydrogen water. The botte is easy to use and I will continue to use it. I just wish the bottle was glass, as I prefer glass over any type of plastic.
