Great solution for my health
It's cool and all, but I can not tell if it's charging or not. There's no LED indicator. I thought the issue was bc at first it was type c to type c, so I switched over to USB and I did not see a difference.

I purchased 2 ion pro, one leaked so I contacted the company and explained the situation, they recommended a few things to check which I did and it still had a leak. The customer service got back to me immediately and took care of the issue. Their customer service was superb, excellent. I could not ask for better customer service. I have been using my ion pro for 10 days and It has improved my gut health, stopped drinking coffee in the morning and have more energy. I feel a lot more hydrated and all I want to drink is the water out of this bottle, drink 5 to 6 bottles Dailey. It taste great. I wish I would have done this sooner. I am 46 year old mother of 2 teens and I am a hairdresser on my feet all day. I have Hashimtos which gives me inflammation in my joints and typical tiredness. Well I was in love with the bottle and how I felt then the glass broke clean in half, now I don’t have a bottle.
I purchased multiple ion bottle pros for family and friends. I was there number one supporter and it’s really disappointing to know their customer service is only good when you are purchasing but if something is wrong with your bottle they ignore you. I reached out to them in January and we are in second week of February and I still have yet to hear from anyone. So beware these bottles fall apart fast and there’s no one there to help you. A very disappointed once upon a loyal customer. I have also attached pictures of proof of me reaching out to them with no response to me providing what they wanted!
I own this one and the more expensive competitor. I prefer this one for multiple reasons, but most notably the feel. This just still feels like a high quality water bottle, the other is hexagonal and awkward in the hands. The cleaning function on this one works great, and the handle on top is convenient when you’re carrying the bottle with other items. Very pleased! The impact this product has had on my acid reflux and overall gut health has been a game-changer. 10/10.

I love the ion bottle. I have purchased many for friends and family. I would give it a 5, but over time my bottles have had the paint start peeling/cracking off around the bottom. But, other than that I have been 100% satisfied.
