What hydrogen water actually does
  • Reduces inflammation throughout the body
  • Selective antioxidant — neutralizes only harmful free radicals
  • Accelerated muscle recovery after training
  • Deep cellular hydration
  • Sustained energy and mental clarity
Recommended drinking schedule

The Tumbler is built for travel, the gym bag, the office desk, and the car cupholder. Aim for 1–2 full Tumblers per day.

Cycle on the first fill in the morning, drink across 2–3 hours, then refill and re-cycle whenever you top off. The vacuum insulation keeps the water cold so you don't lose hydrogen as quickly — making the Tumbler great for sipping over time.

Full setup (first use)
  1. Unscrew the stainless steel tumbler body from the base.
  2. Remove the small protective plug from the center of the PEM membrane.
  3. Hand-wash the body and lid with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Do NOT submerge the base.
  4. Reassemble and charge the base fully using the included USB-C cable. A solid green LED indicates a full charge.
  5. Fill with filtered, spring, or mineral water. Avoid sparkling water and heavily chlorinated tap water.
How to use it daily

Press once for the 5-minute standard cycle. Double-press for the 10-minute high-concentration cycle.

The LED ring will pulse while running and shut off when complete. You'll see small hydrogen bubbles rising through the base plate — that's the SPE/PEM membrane working as designed.

Cleaning & descaling

Every 2–3 days: Hand-wash the stainless steel body and lid with warm soapy water. Wipe the base with a damp cloth only.

Important: Never the dishwasher — the heat compromises the vacuum seal between the walls.

Monthly: Descale the PEM membrane. Fill with a 50/50 mix of distilled water and food-grade citric acid (or white vinegar). Run one 10-minute cycle. Rinse and run two cycles of plain filtered water before drinking again.

Troubleshooting
  • Cold retention dropping off: Usually means the vacuum seal has been compromised by dishwasher heat. Hand-wash only.
  • Weak bubbling or low hydrogen: Descale the membrane. If performance doesn't return, contact support.
  • Bottle won't power on: Charge fully for 4 hours. If the LED still doesn't light, try another USB-C cable and adapter.
  • Leak between body and base: Inspect the silicone seal at the base for grit or wear. Clean, reseat, hand-tighten only — never with tools.
  • Metallic or off-taste: Run a descaling cycle and rinse thoroughly. Brand-new Tumblers should be cycled once with plain filtered water before the first drink.
FAQs
  • How often should I charge? Every ~25 cycles, or whenever the LED indicates low battery.
  • How long does it keep water cold? Up to 24 hours with ice. Hot drinks aren't supported — keep liquids under 120°F (50°C).
  • Is the Tumbler dishwasher safe? No. Always hand-wash. Dishwasher heat damages the vacuum insulation and voids the warranty.
  • Will my Tumbler sweat? No — that's the benefit of double-wall vacuum insulation. The outside stays dry and cool to the touch.
  • Warranty? 1-year manufacturer warranty on the electronics, lifetime on the stainless steel body against manufacturing defects.
