Recommended drinking schedule
For best results, drink 2–3 Pro bottles daily. Start with one on an empty stomach within 15 minutes of waking, a second 30 minutes before lunch, and a third in the early evening.
The Pro produces water at therapeutic hydrogen concentration, so a moderate daily volume still delivers the full benefit.
Full setup (first use)
- Unscrew the glass chamber from the stainless steel base.
- Remove the small protective plug from the center of the PEM membrane — this keeps the membrane hydrated in shipping.
- Hand-wash the glass chamber and lid with warm water and mild dish soap. Rinse thoroughly. Do NOT put the base in water.
- Reassemble and charge the base fully using the included USB-C cable. A solid green light means it's ready.
- Fill the chamber with filtered, spring, or mineral water — avoid heavily chlorinated tap water and sparkling water.
How to use it daily
Press once for the 3-minute cycle. Double-press for the 10-minute max-concentration cycle.
The LED ring will pulse during the cycle and shut off when complete. You'll see small hydrogen bubbles rising from the base plate — that's the SPE/PEM membrane working correctly.
Drink within 15–20 minutes for peak hydrogen concentration.
Cleaning & descaling
Every 2–3 days: Hand-wash the glass chamber and lid with warm soapy water. Wipe the stainless steel base with a damp cloth — never submerge the base.
Monthly: Descale the PEM membrane. Fill the chamber with a 50/50 mix of distilled water and food-grade citric acid (or white vinegar). Run one 10-minute cycle. Rinse and run two cycles of plain filtered water before drinking again.
Always keep the vent on the bottom of the base clear of debris.
Troubleshooting
- Weak bubbling or low hydrogen output: Most often a membrane that needs descaling. If descaling doesn't help, contact support.
- Bottle won't power on: Charge fully for 4 hours. If the LED doesn't respond after a full charge, try a different USB-C cable or wall adapter before contacting support.
- Leak between chamber and base: Inspect the silicone seal at the top of the base for debris or wear. Wipe clean, reseat, and hand-tighten — do not over-torque.
- Unusual taste: Run a descaling cycle and rinse thoroughly. Use clean filtered, spring, or mineral water.
FAQs
- How often should I charge the Pro? Every ~10–15 cycles, or whenever the LED pulses red.
- Can I use hot water? No. Keep water under 120°F (50°C). Hot water damages the PEM membrane and voids the warranty.
- Is the glass dishwasher safe? No. Always hand-wash the chamber and lid. The base must never go in the dishwasher.
- Warranty? 1-year manufacturer warranty on electronics, lifetime on the glass chamber against manufacturing defects. Add Lifetime Protection for extended coverage.
