We stand behind every ionBottle we ship. If your bottle stops working as it should within the first year, we'll replace it. You cover only shipping for the new one.

What's covered

Three things we back from day one through month twelve.

First 72 hours after unboxing

If anything looks off the moment you unbox — cracked housing, missing parts, won't power on — just reach out within 72 hours and we'll send a replacement, no shipping fee on your side. We treat the first 72 hours as our chance to make it right out of the gate.

Stops producing hydrogen

If your bottle stops generating molecular hydrogen within 12 months — even if everything else still works — that's a defect. We'll replace it. The whole point of the bottle is the H2.

Battery won't hold a charge

If the battery degrades to the point where it can't complete a brew cycle on a full charge, that's covered too. Replace within 12 months from purchase.

We'll confirm coverage within 1 business day so you know exactly what to expect.

Replacement ships

Pay the shipping fee for your replacement to be sent out. Your new bottle ships immediately.

A note on what isn't covered

Normal wear and tear (scratches, dings, surface fade), damage from drops or impact, water damage to the electronics, and any modifications to the bottle aren't covered under the 12-month warranty. We're committed to fair coverage — but the warranty is for manufacturing defects, not accidents.
