Ion Glass bottle replacement

The bottle did not fit the original bottle it was 2 big and would not seal properly. I received a whole new unit last week and it is charged but it will not turn on. I am very disappointed with the product.

Fixed the issue

We broke our glass from our original unit. We got the replacement glass and for some reason it didn’t fit right. The team worked with us after review and sent out a whole new unit to make it right. Great product and great customer service / experience. If you are going to purchase an ion bottle - we recommend this company!!
