Lifetime Protection Plan

I would really appreciate a written guarantee, or at least an email explaining all the details of the guarantee! It’s a very expensive guarantee, but it sounds like it would be worth it. That’s why I bought it when I got the bottle I was very surprised that there was no paperwork explaining to guarantee I even called your company to inquire about it, and I was told not to worry that they had documentation that I had the guarantee, so that was good but I still don’t have all the details !
My water bottle seem to malfunction at first but then it started working and has worked perfectly ever since I hope it keeps on because I really like it!!!
