- Hydrogen Production Failure: Covers malfunctions that halt hydrogen production, a core feature of the product.
- Battery Failure: If the battery ceases to charge, this plan facilitates the necessary repairs or replacements.
- Beyond Warranty: Offers continued support and coverage after the expiration of the standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
Exclusions:
- Loss or Theft: The plan does not cover circumstances where the product is lost or stolen.
- Misuse: Any damage arising from improper use, contrary to the product’s user manual and care instructions, is not covered.
