The Lifetime Protection Plan offered by IonBottles is designed to extend the durability and functionality of your hydrogen water bottle beyond standard expectations. To qualify for this plan, it must be purchased prior to the delivery of your product. This protection plan is strictly tied to the original purchaser and covers the operational life of the purchased IonBottles product under the terms specified herein.

Coverage Includes:

• Accidental Damage: Protection is provided for damage resulting from accidental drops, ensuring the product’s functionality is maintained.
• Hydrogen Production Failure: Covers malfunctions that halt hydrogen production, a core feature of the product.
• Battery Failure: If the battery ceases to charge, this plan facilitates the necessary repairs or replacements.
• Beyond Warranty: Offers continued support and coverage after the expiration of the standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

Exclusions:

• Loss or Theft: The plan does not cover circumstances where the product is lost or stolen.
• Misuse: Any damage arising from improper use, contrary to the product’s user manual and care instructions, is not covered.
