All our hydrogen producing water products use our patent pending Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) and a Solid Polymer Electrolyte (SPE) electrolysis to produce pure molecular hydrogen at high concentrations.

When you first receive your bottle, there will be a plug/cap covering the plates in the center of the bottle. This cap contains a small amount of water (100% normal) this water keeps the membrane hydrated while we store them in our warehouses. Just remove the cap and wash out the bottle before use.

All remaining oxygen gas is expelled from the bottle so only pure molecular hydrogen becomes infused in your water.

Clean with a light non-abrasive soap and warm water. If you're using hard water you may need to descale the unit once in a while. To do this, pour 1/4 cup of distilled white vinegar onto the titanium plates (located in the center of the base) so that the plate's are fully submerged. Let the white vinegar sit for 60-90 minutes, then rinse with water. Do this once or twice per month for optimal results. Do not submerge the base underwater.

Do not run the base through the dishwasher or clean the base with a wire brush.

If you received your bottle or pitcher and it does not produce hydrogen bubbles, or it stopped. Fill your bottle or pitcher with cold water and allow the PEM unit located at the base to soak in water for 24 hours. This will prime the proton exchange membrane which may have dried out stopping it from working properly.

Thanks to our patent pending proton exchange membrane, you can use regular tap water, filtered water, reverse osmosis, and purified water in your bottle or pitcher.

We recommend using room temp, cold water or iced water. DO NOT pour boiling hot water in your bottle or pitcher, as it may cause damage to the proton exchange membrane (PEM).

Doing so will void the warranty.

Your bottle will be able to generate up to 15 times under one full charge and it takes approximately 5-7 hours to fully charge. Remember to always use the supplied USB charging cable.

1.6 ppm hydrogen will remain for up to 15 minutes or longer when the water was kept in a sealed container. Also whenever you're ready to drink more hydrogen ionized water, all you have to do is just press the power button and the bottle will run for 3 minutes.
